Dr. Evans is a veteran of the United States Navy. Throughout his decade of service, he has had the distinct privilege of treating many of our heroes, both Sailors and Marines, as they returned from combat and overseas tours.

After earning a BS from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Human Biology/Chemistry and a DMD from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Evans then went on to complete two residencies: a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton followed by Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
Through his military and civilian practice, Dr. Evans has extensive experience and training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and benign head and neck pathology.
Dr. Evans is a General Anesthesia examiner for the Dental Board of California and carries certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Tactical Combat Casualty Care and a General Anesthesia permit.

In his spare time, Dr. Evans enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Tracy, also a former Navy dentist, and spending time with their children and dogs. He is an avid golfer and football enthusiast.

Dr. Corey Raymond, DMD is a 2014 graduate of the Temple University School of Dentistry and founder of the Academy of Modern Implant Dentistry. He has implemented and tested the newest digital workflows in the clinical setting ranging from intra-oral scanning, 3D printing, surgical and prosthetic design workflows, and photogrammetry. Dr. Raymond’s private practice completes 25-30 full arch cases per month utilizing the latest advances in digital technology. Dr. Daniel Fenton serves as the Chief Clinical Officer of Education and Training for Affordable Care. He was born and raised in Florida where he currently resides with his wife, and his young daughter and son. He attended the University of Florida on full academic scholarship, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He furthered his studies at Columbia University in New York City where he matriculated in their Post Baccalaureate Sciences program. Dr. Fenton was one of five students selected to participate in Nova Southeastern University’s Masters of Biomedical Science program. Upon completion, he attended NSU’s College of Dental Medicine where he received his doctorate degree.

Following graduation from dental school at Nova Southeastern University, he was one of 4 students in the country selected to complete an additional twelve month internship training program in Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital/Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, FL. His experience there increased his proficiency in dentoalveolar procedures such as surgical tooth extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, tori excisions, alveoplasty, hard and soft tissue biopsies, bone grafting, and dental implant protocols. Consequently, the additional surgical training has increased his gravitation toward the surgical aspect of general dentistry and distinguishes him among general dentists whom perform oral surgery. Dr. Fenton is an extensively trained general dentist who discovered his passion for pre-prosthetic surgery and denture fabrication while employment through the National Health Service Corps following dental school graduation. His tenure with Affordable Care began in 2013, progressed as a multiple practice owner, and culminated in his recent appointment to Clinical Director.

He avidly enjoys continuing education and has accumulated over 2,500 additional hours since dental school graduation; including the AAID Maxi Course, Misch Implant Education Continuum, Dawson Occlusion Seminar, and hands-on implant training at the Garg Implant Institute; propelling him to reach Fellowship status within The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Associate Fellowship status within the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, (AAID), and Diplomat status within International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) – the highest honor among the largest and most renown dental implant organization in the world. He is currently a standing member of the Florida Dental Association (FDA), American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of Osseointegration (AO), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Atlantic Coast Dental Association (ACDA). When Dr. Fenton is not spending his time perfecting his patient’s smiles, he enjoys traveling with his family, cheering for his beloved Florida Gators / Miami Dolphins, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and fantasy football.

Dr Ewing has a passion for comprehensive multi-disciplinary care. He is a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in 2014. He followed that up with a GPR at Sepulveda VA where he received extensive surgical and prosthetic training. Since then, he has completed the curriculum at Spear Education and enjoys traveling the world to learn about the latest new concepts in dentistry. Dr Ewing has a practice in Concord California which focuses on patients who have complex dental problems.

In 2022, Dr Ewing was an early adopter of the YOMI surgical robot. This addition equipped his office with the absolute cutting edge of modern dental technologies. Dr Ewing loves to find new ways to use these technologies that help empower his team and provide better experiences for his patients.

Dr. Isabel Rambob is the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, the President of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) and a Career Planning and Leadership Coach. She is also a certified digital marketing professional, certified mediator and prolific speaker who has lectured in the USA, Europe, Asia and South America.

Dr. Isabel Rambob received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of Feira de Santana, Brazil. She completed a one-year program in advanced education in comprehensive dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry then completed a one-year residency program in advanced education in general dentistry at Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Jumoke Adedoyin attended Howard University College of Dentistry, graduating #1 in the class of 2001.

She maintains a very successful practice that is exclusively dedicated to Implant dentistry in Cartersville, Georgia and is the Chief Clinical Officer for Affordable Care Incorporated, a Dental Service Organization serving 700+ dentists with over 400 practices across the United States. Dr. Adedoyin spends most of her time supporting dentists as they navigate through their career journey.

Founder of The Pathway, Dr. Moody grew up on a ranch just outside Crawford, Nebraska where his family has called home for 6 generations. He graduated from Crawford High School in 1989 and attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, studying Biological Sciences.
